REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
This Refund and Exchange Policy is only applicable for made through DINDAAKANDAA Website, DindaaKandaa Concept Store Boutique and Neo Boutique.

- All orders and collections from our festive season range (Eid Al Fitri) are NOT ALLOWED to be exchanged.
- NO CASH will be REFUND

Only normal priced item can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase with original receipt, original tags still attached. Return items must be in good condition, unworn, and unwashed.

We only ALLOW exchange in the sizing for the SAME collection. If that collection is out of stock, you can choose a different collection to exchange. The customer shall agree to pay the difference of the exchanged item.
- Refunds and exchange policy will be process within 1-7 working days via the original payment method and WITH ORIGINAL receipt.

If the new collection is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount

If the new collection is of a lower price, there is NO cash will be refund provided.

Complaints must be lodged within 7 working days starting on the day the customer has received the order. Complaints made after the lapse of this period will not be entertained. Please allow us within 48 hours to respond to your complaints.

The new item will be processed within 7-14 working days via the original payment method to deliver back to the customer. The returned products will be received by our warehouse within 7 days and will go through our Quality Check Department for examination and faulty confirmation.

RETURN and EXCHANGE are only applicable for items that are defective or damaged from our side, or mistakenly delivered.

We will not entertain any exchanges for a different color, design or any wrong purchases. Examples: “I changed my mind”, “I don't like this design”, “I’ve bought or clicked on the wrong product/variant”, "I want to change to another colour".

You are NOT ALLOW to exchange any item that you bought from WEBSITE to our STORE / boutique.
